The light has stopped working?

Your Baumatic microwave oven uses high voltage to cook food. Only trained service personnel can work on microwaves and as the bulb is fitted from within the oven customers cant change the bulb themselves. Please ring us and we will arrange a visit from one of our specially trained engineers.

The bulb in your fridge has been designed to be easily changed - you do not need an engineer to do this for you. The instructions can be found by downloading a copy of your manual from our website and referring to the section that deals with the bulb replacement. Unfortunately the bulb is not covered under the terms of your Baumatic warranty but may be purchased from the spares section of our website.

Before replacing the bulb please ensure that the machine has been UNPLUGGED.
