Remove and clean the soap draw

The soap draw of your Baumatic machine will from time to time require cleaning. Surplus soap and softener may clog the draw up and stop soap and conditioner from flushing away. Open the draw and push down on the release catch as shown.

press release catch

With the catch pressed down the draw can be removed from the machine and washed out with warm water to remove excess soap / conditioner and mildew. You may use an antibacterial cleaner or mild detergent.

To clean the fabric conditioner compartment pull the syphon cap off and clean the tube, turn the draw over and clean the drainage hole found underneath the draw.

Before refitting the draw, clean the inside of the compartment with a cloth and an anti bac or mild cleaner. Push the syphon cap back onto the draw and then push the draw into the compartment ensuring it opens and closes smoothly. If it is jamming in the compartment press the release catch and remove the draw and try re fitting it.

Remove and clean the soap draw

A build up of soap or fabric conditioner in the soap draw will clog the draw compartments and prevent the soap and conditioner from flushing into the machine. The draw can easily be removed by opening the draw, grasping the sides and pulling the draw out firmly. Wash all of the compartments with warm water or a mild detergent to remove soap, and mildew can be washed away using an anti bac cleaner. Pull the blue fabric conditioner cap off for cleaning and ensure the tube inside the cap and soap draw are thoroughly cleaned. Turn the draw over and clean the drainage hole.
