Baumatic appliances are what we call 'wet wall' appliances and its normal for ice to form on the back of your machine,during normal operation ice will melt and turn to water droplets. The water drains away down a drain hole which should be kept clean of debris, food and ice as shown. Push the hole clear with the cleaning tool provided.
