If you are finding that soft ice is building up, the possible cause is that the door may have been left open. Warm air can get inside which in turn creates a coating of fluffy ice that may look like snow. To fix this simply remove the ice with a warm cloth or hair dryer and make sure the door is shut properly after you have opened it to remove or add food.
If the problem persists, have a look at the door seal, it may be split. If this is the case a repair may be needed so contact us for further help.
