Unique pre-mix burner technology
Small fans force pre mixed gas and air up through each
burner, where it burns with very high efficiency. At the same
time, low profile pan supports reduce the distance between
the pan base and the flame to just 28mm compared to the
traditional 45mm. Put simply, this means that more heat
energy is transferred into the pan with less lost into the
kitchen, speeding up cooking time and helping to reduce
your energy bills.
